The Cordillera Blanca, the highest tropical mountain range in the world, contains more than 30 peaks rising above 6,000 meters above sea level, making it a natural sanctuary for mountaineers, photographers, and adventure lovers. Among its most iconic mountains are the majestic Huascarán, the elegant Alpamayo, as well as Huandoy, Chacraraju, Artesonraju, and Quitaraju. In addition, within the Huascarán National Park, there are more than 400 lakes, many of them displaying such a pure turquoise color that they seem unreal, creating landscapes that captivate with their beauty and serenity.
